Newlands is in a lovely location sitting within a private development at Aldersey Park and on the fringe of the charming village of Handley. The setting is very peaceful with wonderful countryside around the property.

Aldersey Golf Club is a popular feature of the area, and there are many wonderful walks at hand. The nearby Carden Park golf resort, hotel and spa offers one of the premier leisure facilities in the region.

A wider range of amenities, leisure facilities and a primary school are available in nearby Tattenhall (about 3.5 miles). It is a very popular village with a good range of amenities to include a general store with post office, pharmacy, restaurants, independent shops and a doctor's surgery.

There are several highly-regarded schools in the area including Bishop Heber High School (about 8 miles) and Abbey Gate College (about 6 miles) as well as King's and Queen's in Chester, for which there are currently school bus pick-up points on the A41.

Newlands is in a lovely position at the heart of Aldersey Park, an exclusive development situated in the rural hamlet of Handley.
