Location

Haddon Farm lies on the southern fringes of Exmoor National Park, an area of spectacular and unspoilt landscape renowned for its open moorland, hidden tree-lined valleys, steep combes, rolling farmland, and fast-flowing rivers. The farm is located east of Dulverton, a vibrant small market town situated on the banks of the River Barle. Dulverton offers a super range of independent shops, pubs, and restaurants, along with essential everyday amenities including a doctor's surgery, primary school, and post office.

The immediate area is famed for being home to many of the best high bird shoots in the UK. In addition to shooting, the area boasts hunting with the Devon and Somerset Staghounds and the Exmoor Foxhounds, as well as salmon and trout fishing on the Exe and Barle Rivers and home to some of the most scenic walking and cycling in the west country.

Tiverton, Taunton and the Cathedral City of Exeter are all within easy reach and offer a whole host of amenities including supermarkets and extensive retail facilities.
