The main complex features two suites with access to the veranda, a guest bathroom, an open-concept kitchen, and a living room with two areas and a veranda facing the sea. This main section is connected to a chalet that has one suite. The laundry area is located in a separate complex. Above the house, there is a lookout point with two loungers facing the sea, perfect for enjoying the view. The property is equipped with two generators, solar panels, and individual water heaters for each bathroom. Additionally, a natural spring supplies water to the entire island.
