North Clifton is a small village on the River Trent that is surrounded by beautiful Nottinghamshire countryside and conveniently placed for access to the cathedral city of Lincoln, approximately 12.6 miles away, and the market town of Newark, approximately 12.8 miles away. The village itself has a church and primary school, while Lincoln offers extensive shopping, a full range of leisure facilities, well-respected schools, universities and historic sites in the Cathedral Quarter.

Newark has A1 access and a direct rail link to London (Kings Cross from approximately 80 minutes). The surrounding area provides a wide range of leisure and recreational opportunities, including a choice of golf courses and excellent walking along the River Trent.
