The pretty village of Brigsley is situated 1.3 miles south of Waltham, a larger village with pubs, takeaways, shops and schools. The village is located on the northern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while the Lincolnshire coast is also 6.6 miles away. Grimsby and Cleethorpes are both within six miles of the property, offering extensive shopping, supermarkets and leisure facilities, as well as the attractions at Cleethorpes Beach.

The A18, A16 and A46 provide excellent connections to the region's main towns and cities. There are also mainline stations available at Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
