Description

Chalet Echo is set in a small development of eight chalets built circa 1980, located in the quiet enclave of Le Châtelard.
The entrance hall doubles up as a ski / store room with a stone flagged floor, shelving and ski rack. The main front door leads into the reception room and dining area, with large windows overlooking the terrace and westerly views of Bellevarde. There is a fully equipped kitchen with bar level storage, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, electric hob and oven.

There is a small double bedroom with fitted cupboard and en suite shower room, WC and wash basin. Direct access to the rear paved terrace from bedroom and reception room. There is wooden panelling and a tiled floor throughout.
Open staircase to first floor level, with wooden flooring leading to the three double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms have a fitted cupboard, shower, WC and stone wash basin with storage. The two larger bedrooms have a westerly aspect towards Bellevarde and overlook the rear terrace. The twin and smaller double bedroom have an easterly aspect over the front communal lawned garden.
Châtelard is a quiet hamlet, perched above Val d’Isère, at the mouth of the Manchet Valley and within easy walking distance of the ski de fond pistes and Le Piaf, the new restaurant from the luxury group Les Airelles. Parking is reserved on a first come, first served basis for residents with a barrier. Access to the centre of Val d’Isère is a short walk, via the Train Jaune or by ski on the Santons.
