The first floor is currently set up as a medical practice with a large waiting room combined with a library that welcomes patients. There are also two examination rooms and a gym with a sauna. After a workout in the gym, there is also the opportunity to relax in the bar. The first floor also includes ample storage space and a laundry room.

Upstairs, we find offices and the residential area. The residence features a spacious open living room with large windows and a stunning sea view. The kitchen is spacious and open with smart solutions and high-end appliances that make cooking a pleasure. From the kitchen, the host can stay in touch with guests in both the living room and the balconies facing south and west. The room is adorned with white-painted paneling, high ceilings with visible ceiling beams, and beautiful, well-maintained wooden floors.

From the residential area, there is a walkway to the garage building, where a separate studio and storage space are also located. There is the possibility of a double garage and plenty of parking space outside. In the basement, there is also a large storage area.
