Villa Doria is located in one of the best areas of Formentera where you can enjoy unparalleled views of the entire island, the south coast of Ibiza and the islets of Es Vedrá, Es Vedranell, Espalmador and Espardell. The property enjoys a lot of discretion and tranquility, it is surrounded by pine trees that give the property a Mediterranean atmosphere of serenity and relaxation. The finca can accommodate up to 14 people, and is decorated in a totally island style, with white walls that contrast with the warm materials such as wood and natural fibers that are the protagonists of the decoration in all areas of the house. From the exterior entrance of the property, you access through a staircase to the entrance of the main house (you can also park your car right next to the entrance of the house through a private road). From the hall you visualize a cozy space, open to the living-dining room and the open kitchen with the possibility of cooking in front of the diners who are seated at the bar, all with a floor in neutral tones that simulates the microcement. The living room is decorated with natural colored linen sofas, one of them in double chaise lounge, with different lamps of natural fibers that give a great warmth to the space and make this room a pleasant and relaxing area to be and share. From here you can access the impressive porch with a beautiful pool and wonderful views of the entire island of Formentera. Ideal to enjoy the atmosphere of peace and serenity that Formentera gives off. The living room also has a large TV with access to digital channels and Wifi. The kitchen with a long wooden bar is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher ... plus an iron, teppanyaki to cook the products of the island. From the wooden dining table, suitable for 8/10 diners, you can continue to enjoy the spectacular scenery. Outside, in front of the pool there are also two tables that can accommodate up to 16 people. On the first floor, there is also a guest toilet and 2 suites/bedrooms with independent bathrooms. One of them with a double bed of 160 with a natural linen headboard and another bedroom with 4 beds, one of them bunk beds to accommodate the youngest members of the family... The second floor has 2 suites/bedrooms with independent bathrooms and a magnificent terrace where you can also organize dinners. One of the bedrooms has a 160 cm bed, a fireplace and a private terrace with access to the tower/viewpoint of the house. And the master suite, with a bed of 180, has a very spacious bathroom and a large terrace. From both suites you can enjoy the best sunsets of the island. The upper terrace area also has an independent access to be able to organize the best lunches/dinners since you have an impressive porch with a table for 10/12 people. The finca also has 2 more suites/bedrooms, outside the main house, both also with independent bathrooms. One adjoining the house, very spacious, with a 180 cm bed. And a bungalow/cottage with a 160 bed, which is accessed from a porch/terrace. All bedrooms have private bathroom, air conditioning and are decorated with furniture made with natural elements and fibers that give personality and a fresh air to the rooms. The house has spacious corners to disconnect, play sports or simply stroll. Access to the house and private parking is through a private road protected by a wide sliding door with video intercom and remote control.
