Located on the slopes of the Popocatépetl volcano (south) is QUINTA LA ESCONDIDA in Zacualpan de Amilpas, an historical place in Morelos. The immense property seems to be taken from an enchanted book: about a thousand different trees adorn the place; many of them are fruit trees(coffee, lemons, avocados, tangerines, medlars, walnuts, mamey , and so on)
Just an hour and a half from CDMX, Quinta la Escondida is a house built on more than 9,700 meters of green areas and forest, old fountains adorned the garden. The property has almost 500 square meters of construction. It contains an area where coffee has been grown for more than 30 years. It is also located 40 minutes from Puebla.
The water that comes down from the volcano has nourished the town since time immemorial, which feeds the 4 water wells that the property has.
Its unique characteristics make up this paradisiacal place, at 1600 meters above sea level, with a mild climate all year round. The ideal place to be able to abstract from the world.

As well as fireflies that remind us of the charm of the night; small foxes have also been seen in the adjoining land, possums, raccoons, squirrels, birds of all colors, and night crickets.
The production of coffee harvested in QUINTA LA ESCONDIDA increases to half a ton per year and is delicious!
Zacualpan means “hidden”. The word Zacualpan comes from tzacual-li, "covered thing", and pan, "on top", meaning "covered thing".
The picturesque town of just 5 thousand inhabitants is peaceful, safe and with traditions. It is an area of mendicant convents. Once a year, the Virgen del Rosario is celebrated with a carnival, a popular festival that attracts the inhabitants of Morelos and different places.
