This vineyard of about 24 ha is nestled in the heart of the Graves AOC. The terroir is made up of siliceous gravel with a gravelly subsoil, and the presence of bands of asteriated limestone ensures excellent soil drainage. Reflecting the sun's rays, the gravel gradually redistributes the heat to the grapes, thus contributing to better ripening.

As for the climate, it is representative of the Gironde, influenced by the Atlantic Ocean: temperate and favourable to the vine by its mildness.

The vineyard, with an average age of 30 years, produces red and white wines, based on merlot and cabernet sauvignon for the reds, and sauvignon blanc and gris and sémillon for the whites.

Ploughing, pruning, de-budding, leaf removal, green harvesting and final harvesting are all carried out manually.

The farm buildings are composed of: offices, a beautiful wine storehouse and vat room (built in 2001-2002 with a capacity of 1750 hl), 2 barrel cellars, a storage and shipping cellar and a shed for agricultural machinery and equipment. The infrastructure is revolutionary and modern.

A beautiful 600 m² (6,458 sq ft) Directoire-style town house dating from 1875 and a renovated caretaker's cottage of approx. 160 m² (1,622 sq ft) complete the setting. The main house requires interior renovation.
