- Bedroom F (22 sqm): double bed and bathroom with shower;
- Bedroom G (16 sqm): double bed and bathroom with shower;
- Bedroom H (15 sqm, in the dependance): double bed and bathroom with shower;
- Bedroom I (12 mq): double bedroom and bathroom with shower;
- Bedroom J (10 mq): single bed (or double) and bathroom with shower.
 
The hotel is completed by a beautiful frescoed breakfast room for the guests of the structure and located on the first floor of the building. An elevator grants a quicker and easier access to the various floors of the hotel.

On the outside, the building is fitted with a small courtyard (where cars can be parked) and a garden. Not far from the building (approx. 300 m) there is a public parking lot where car can be left to reach the hotel on foot.
