The Leopoldina (approximately 620 sqm – 6,671 sqft) is laid out onto three floors as follows:

Right in front of the Leopoldina, there are two rectangular annexes.

STATE AND FINISHES
The property, dating back to the 19th century, has been recently restored so to preserve all of its main characteristics. The Leopoldina is typical, with a portico on the ground floor, a loggia on the first floor and a dovecote (nowadays converted into a bedroom). On the inside, countryside residences’ characteristics have all been preserved: terracotta floors, wooden beams with terracotta tiles on the ceilings, wooden trusses, masonry barrel and rib vaults decorated with geometrical motives and wooden fixtures.
