Location

Hope Park is centrally located within the popular East Lothian town of Haddington, 18 miles from Edinburgh via the A1. The town benefits from several major supermarkets and an edge of town retail centre with a growing number of independent local shops, restaurants, cafés and both primary and secondary schooling.

East Lothian's sandy beaches are easily accessible, while the nearby Lammermuir Hills offer an abundance of activities. Golfers can choose from the local course within Haddington or numerous courses close by, including world renowned Muirfield, Archerfield, Gullane and North Berwick on the coast. Haddington has good commuting links with rail services to Edinburgh accessed from Longniddry, Drem, East Linton or Wallyford, and services to London King's Cross from Dunbar. There are also excellent bus services serving the local area and Edinburgh.

Description

6a Hope Park is reached via its own private gated entrance to the side of the building. A flight of stone steps leads to the front door which opens into a spacious light filled hallway. On the left is the dual aspect kitchen and dining space which has been recently been fitted with customised floor and wall cabinets allowing for plenty of storage alongside an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and four burner gas hob.
