If desired, the laundry could be relocated in the primary bedroom closet fairly easily. Mountain Park is a City with two lakes for kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. Also, trolling motors are allowed for our catch and release fishing. Mountain Park is a designated Wildlife Sanctuary and home to Herons, Bald Eagles, Barred Owls, Mallards and many other creatures. If you love the outdoors and a small community feel, this is a perfect respite from the busy Atlanta area. This property is in walking distance to Mountain Park Elementary or golf carts are allowed in Mountain Park as well. We are in one of the best public and private school districts in North Atlanta.
