Location

Between Padstow and Newquay are the beautiful bays that define the Seven Bay coast, connected by the South West Coast Path.

Harlyn is probably the best known for its popular surf break and great expanse of sandy beach, perfect for family days on the beach. There is a surf school and the beach has lifeguard cover from April until September. Just two miles away is the championship course at Trevose Golf and Country Club. Nearby, St Merryn provides amenities such as a church, primary school, convenience store, garage and two pubs.

Description

Penolva is a spacious family home, built in the 1980s of block construction, dry lined internally, with an interlocking concrete tile roof. It was designed to make the most of coastal views, including Trevose Headland and The Quies. To the north is space for a storage shed and raised platform, while to the west are further borders and a parking area for three vehicles.
Adjoining Penolva is a paddock and the vendors have been successful in gaining planning consent for two building plots with outline planning consent for two detached dwellings under decision No PA23/08854.

Directions

Approaching from Padstow on the B3276, pass through Windmill and take the next right turn to Harlyn Bay. Cross the bridge and follow the road around to the left. At the top of the hill keep left, pass Pentyak on the left and take the next left turn. Penolva is the second property on the right.
