EXTERIOR
The estate stretches in its entirety for 14.0 hectares (35.8 acres) lying on the rolling hills of Chianti. All around the farmhouse are the agricultural plots devoted to vineyards (3.8 ha) and olive groves (0.8 ha), while a short distance from the buildings, separated from the main body, are large expanses of coppice woodland (8.3 ha).

The vineyard, in particular, is entirely fenced and characterized by different exposures and layouts that ensure good variety while remaining entirely claimable to Chianti Classico DOCG. The vines are all made up of red varieties (Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot) and allow production approximately 250 hl of wine per year.
