Located in the south of the island, in the municipality of San Jose, less than 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the historic center or any of the or any of the magnificent coves in the area. One hectare of private land distributed in: main house, guest house type bungalow, and service house. Each of these areas is conveniently separated from the others for total independence. In total Can Carina can accommodate up to 15 people. A real oasis that is hard to leave! The main house is distributed in: 4 bedrooms en suite, kitchen, living room and dining-living room with fireplace. Outside, it has a BBQ area with a table for 24 guests and an adjoining living room with the same capacity. It also has an outdoor dining room, more familiar, for 12 people and a large pool with porch / chill-out and magnificent views of the valley. The guest house, also very suitable for the younger members of the family, has two bedrooms en suite, a small independent kitchen and an enclosed garden area that gives it a lot of privacy and independence, with a small pool perfect for a relaxing swim. The service house can accommodate three people and is normally used for the staff of the house, although it is logically also suitable for the staff of the house, but, logically, it is also suitable for use by other guests. It is totally independent and away from the two main buildings.
