The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliance and a convivial breakfast bar. The living space is well proportioned with an open stone surround fire place with with access through a large glass sliding door to a south-west facing balcony

The tasteful, stylish interior remains functional and flooded with natural light. Facing East and South the sun streams into the apartment all day. The principal bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with an 'Austrian Double' and an ensuite shower-room.
