Donnington Manor is located just under 2 miles to the south of the Cathedral City of Chichester within the Parish of Donnington. The renowned beaches of East and West Wittering are a few miles to the south and the scenic South Downs ring fence the area to the north of the city.

There are several choices of vehicle access to London including either the M27/A3 or the A285 via Petworth to the A283 joining the A3 at Milford.
