Description

Newton of Auchingoul is a two storey stone and slate cottage that was built in the early 1900s with a single storey extension added in the late 1990s. The property has been significantly upgraded and well maintained by the sellers and it is double glazed throughout. Recent improvements include three new external doors, roof maintenance, two new upstairs bedroom windows and two new skylight windows. There is a feeling of bringing the outdoors in with large windows allowing an abundance of natural light. Pine farmhouse-style doors throughout add to the character.
