The property is located within the South Downs National Park within the village of Soberton, the village benefits from a village pub, primary school and the 12th century parish church of St. Peter and St. Paul. The attractive market towns of Bishops Waltham and Wickham are both approximately 4 miles distant and offer excellent shopping and leisure facilities.

Mainline stations can be found at Petersfield and Winchester,
