Located in southern Ardèche, just an hour from Montélimar, overlooking the French Tuscany, this superb castle, classified as a Historical Monument, has origins dating back to the 14th century. Spanning approximately 650 square meters, distributed by a magnificent spiral staircase, it is composed as follows: On the ground floor: A spacious reception room with a stone fireplace opening onto a panoramic terrace with Italian accents, followed by a dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A few steps lead on one hand to a first suite, and on the other hand to a library in a row with a beautiful bedroom. The first floor accommodates seven bedrooms and three bathrooms, including an apartment consisting of an antechamber and two bedrooms, each with a bathroom.
