Location

Pendoggett is a very small village on the edge of St Kew Parish towards the coast. The 16th c. Cornish Arms Inn is well known, as is the very popular St Kew Inn, a mile and a half away. Port Isaac is close and is well known as an historic fishing port and for the picturesque cottages in the narrow streets that wind down to the harbour. In recent years visitors have been keen to visit the setting for the television series 'Doc Martin' and to enjoy the harbourside performances of Fisherman’s Friends.

Double Michelin award winning chef Nathan Outlaw hosts two restaurants. For everyday amenities there is a supermarket, primary school, doctors’ surgery, the parish church and a village hall supported by a lively local community. Within a few miles are the beautiful sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock connected by the South West Coast Path.

Description
