Qualia is situated in the rural parish of St Peter. It is in close proximity to the Colin Best Nature Reserve and several restaurants including the Driftwood Inn and The Taste of India all les than one kilometre away.
A regular bus route is available from Ruette Du Felconte.
The school catchment for the property is La Houguette Primary and La Mare de Carteret High School.
