Dyce has a wide range of shopping and community facilities, a secondary school and one of the region's major commercial and industrial business parks. Dyce also has a railway station. The A90 Aberdeen Western Peripheral Road is nearby and can be accessed from either the A947 or A96 junctions. Description

Built in the mid 1800s as a woodcutter's cottage, Woodlands Croft was extensively enlarged and renovated in the 1990s and again around 2010.
