In Mallorca's southwest, next to Puerto de Andratx, a well-known natural bay, sits this Mediterranean finca. The flat site is peaceful and private, virtually at the end of a residential road. The private plot is crossed by a gravel walk that goes to the parking lot in front of the entrance. You enter the house and reach the entrance area, which is located in the middle of the L-shaped building. The guest apartment is fully furnished and has a small living area on the left, while the living and dining area, kitchen, and two bedrooms are located on the right. There's a covered roof terrace accessible from the shaded \"breakfast terrace\" in front of the kitchen in the main living space. From here you can enjoy the view over the valley. The partially covered terraces and pool are directly accessible from both sides of the building. By car the harbor town is just a short distance away.
