West Warren Lodge stands in a prominent position within the desirable area of Thurstaston. It is in a hugely popular location on the Wirral and only 2 miles from the many attractions and services offered by Heswall.

There are excellent transport links nearby, with both Liverpool and Manchester airports within easy reach. Both Liverpool Lime Street and Chester have direct train services to London Euston. The Wirral offers an excellent range of leisure pursuits including sailing on the Dee Estuary, Golf at Hoylake and Caldy, and horseracing at Chester and Aintree.

West Warren is nestled within the picturesque village of Thurstaston and offers a wonderful style of living and this bespoke lodge has been designed with luxury in mind. The lodge sits well within an attractive plot and the accommodation has been completed to a high standard throughout.

The property is understood to have been constructed by the High Sheriff of Cheshire, Thomas Henry Ismay JP, in 1892 who was also the founder of the White Star Line - builders of the 'Titanic'. The house is believed to have been built using designs from Norman Shaw who is the architect responsible for the former manor house.

The house briefly comprises a open plan kitchen/living area with a range of high quality fitted units, quartz worktops, appliances and there is space for entertaining. There are two double bedrooms, the master bedrooms has its own walk in wardrobe and there is a luxurious bathroom with shower, bath and underfloor heating. There is also a Bose surround sound system through out the lodge.


The garden is a wonderful feature of the property and offers great privacy for the lodge. The garden is laid mainly to lawn with mature shrubs, hedges, trees and there is space for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is also a private driveway for off road parking and space at the rear of the property for storage along with a small woodland area.
