Garrymore is situated at the end of a 200m tree-lined driveway in the sought after Rosemount area of Blairgowrie. Rosemount is a peaceful and leafy neighbourhood and home to Blairgowrie's well known golf course. Description

Garrymore dates from about 1910. It is a handsome house surrounded by mature grounds and being at the end of a 200m driveway, it is wonderfully private. On the ground floor two beautifully proportioned formal rooms sit either side of the original front door and reception hall; the dining room has a fireplace, bay window and a butler's pantry whilst the impressive drawing room spans the entire south side of the house. It has a lovely big bay window, a fireplace and access to a Mozolowski and Murray conservatory that was added to the house in 2001. The conservatory has doors into both the walled garden and the main garden. At the heart of the house is an open plan dining kitchen. Other ancillary rooms on the ground floor include a pantry, larder, utility room, office and large bootroom/store. On the first floor the main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there are four further double bedrooms which share a bathroom and a shower room. Directions

From Perth take the A93 to Blairgowrie. On the outskirts of Blairgowrie turn right down Golf Course Road. Follow this road past the Golf Club until turning left into Woodlands Road. The entrance to Garrymore's private driveway is on the right, just after a small development of new homes.
