A spacious open plan living area occupies the entire 1st floor, benefitting from a double height ceiling with exposed beams and woodwork, plus wood burning stove. The elevated position and large glass windows offer spectacular views of the Haute d’Cry mountain range. Plenty of glass and light wood materials keep this chalet comfortable and airy, an excellent hideaway in the Alps.

Occupying a 1,000 sq m plot, the chalet sits well on the property, enjoying multiple balconies and terraces.

The chalet layout is as follows:

Main entrance is located on the first floor – hallway with built in storage and separate ski locker room.

The first floor contains the fully fitted kitchen, living and dining room areas, plus access to extensive balconies, containing the sunken hot tub.

The centralized stairs then take you downstairs to 3 guest bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite shower rooms the 3rd bedroom then has use of the family bathroom that can double as a guest WC.

On the second floor two further bedroom, both en suite (one with bath and the other shower) with access to a shared balconies.
