Berkeley has committed to creating high quality and distinctive homes following the traditional Kentish architecture. We are faithfully reconstructing the original Turnden farmhouse, inspired by the form, materials and detailing of the traditional farmhouse that once stood on the development.

Time honoured Shaker-inspired cabinets give kitchens a distinctly traditional look, with living areas opening out onto generous gardens.
