Set on a fabulous verdant plot with astonishing views to the Ionian sea and amidst lush vegetation, the villa is harmoniously integrated into the environment, combining traditional local architecture with innovative modern style.
The Villa is surrounded by verdant gardens and beautiful natural scenery. A small secluded pebble beach, accessed through a gate, is just a three minute walk away through a picturesque alley between olive trees, arbutus trees and myrtle that go all the way to the sea shore. It is the perfect place to swim in the translucent waters or just relax and watch the boats sailing by.
Adette has an open plan lounge–dining and kitchen area and is surrounded by large floor to ceiling windows allowing light and air to flood in. The fully equipped kitchen offers inspiration for the cooking fans and the dining area offers amazing views of Scorpios island. The living room is modern and comfortable with many openings that allow ample light and amazing views of the villa’s colourful garden.
Its second lounge on the upper floor, decorated in a more traditional style, has a private balcony that ensures privacy and relaxation. The philosophy of ‘outdoor living’ is embodied to its design as there is a number of seating areas around the villa where someone can enjoy panoramic views of the sea. The surrounded garden is planted with colourful Mediterranean plants and mature trees that create a beautiful and serene atmosphere.
Adette can be rented separately or along with its sister properties -villas Adelina and Emilyn ( whole estate ). In this case the complex would feature 15 bedrooms and would accommodate up to 30 people in total.
