Description

This villa is possibly the most unique house in Formentor. It was built more than 60 years ago in solid stone by a local craftsman, under the guidance of a couple of artists who also designed it.

The rooms are distributed over several levels and include four en-suite bedrooms, an office and various reception rooms, the living area measures approx. 250 square metres. The amazing sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from every corner of the house. The house is in an elevated position at the top end of the plot from where the ponds, the pool and the sea can be seen perfectly. It is accessed by the street below and by a private lane to the rear of the villa.

There is also a garage with space for 2 cars. The villa lies discreetly tucked away within a cluster of pine trees that provide privacy and a natural setting that complements the unusual stone construction.
