February 01, 2021 - Palm Beach
Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, have purchased a Palm Beach mansion for $35.4 million.
Built in 2014, the property encompasses a total of 13,241 square feet of living space, including a 10,500-square-foot main house, an open-air poolside cabana, and a sizable detached guesthouse.
The Spanish-style main house has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, a gym, and a temperature-controlled wine room.
The gated 1.5-acre lot features a keyhole-shaped pool and separate spa in the backyard, which also provides access to the Lake Worth Lagoon and its strip of sandy beach via a private dock. In total, the property offers 253 linear feet of lakefront, outlined with a low seawall.
Stallone, 74, who in the 1990s owned a home on Miami’s Biscayne Bay, took possession of the Palm Beach property in a sale recorded Wednesday by the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office.
Stallone has been busy on the real estate front: he finally sold his La Quinta desert retreat at the Madison Club for $3.15 million.
