Kim Cattrall has listed her East Hampton home for $3.25 million with Rebekah Baker of Sotheby’s International Real Estate.

According to The New York Times, Cattrall paid $450,000 for the home in 1998 and has called it her "sanctuary."

The 1,300-square-foot main house features an L-shape living and dining area, which includes a wood-burning fireplace and a wall of water-facing windows.

The living room doubles as a screening room with a projector and motorized screen that descends from the ceiling.

The kitchen opens to a patio and dining area outside. The floor plan includes two bedrooms, plus a loft, as well as 2.5 baths. The detached studio with walls of windows includes a half-bath.

The large lot offers professionally landscaped grounds, with grassy areas, mahogany decks, and walkways, as well as a waterside fire pit and a hot tub with water views. Stone pavers lead to the bay.

Cattrall is best known for her role as Samantha Jones on the HBO series “Sex and the City,” for which she won a Golden Globe as well as two ensemble Screen Actors Guild awards.
