Marc Anthony lists waterfront Coral Gables mansion for $27 Million

Marc Anthony listed his sprawling Coral Gables estate for $27 million. He bought the 20,546-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion from Bacardi heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi in 2018.
At the time, he paid $19 million for the 1.3-acre spread, a substantial discount from the original $27.26 million listing price.
There are a total of 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms spread out across three levels, all accessible via a commercial elevator.
Arched doorways connect many of the home’s common living areas, including a cavernous living room with coffered ceilings, three kitchens, and a formal dining room. There is also a spacious wine cellar.
The main suite boasts its own sitting room with a carved-mantel fireplace, as well as an en suite spa bathroom with a Jacuzzi-style deep-soaking tub placed in the center of the room.
A huge appeal of the Florida estate is, of course, its outdoor amenities, which include a heated swimming pool, several covered dining areas, an outdoor kitchen, and a handful of covered terraces.
A brick-covered motor court fronts the property, which is dotted with a mix of mature and palm trees.
