Located at 1,850m of altitude, Val d’Isère has an excellent snow record and is served by one of the most modern lift networks in Europe.

Description

Built in 2018 by a local developer with the finest materials and designed with meticulous precision, this is is one of best and most luxurious chalets in Val d’Isère. The chalet is situated in an elevated position and has been designed to benefit from southerly and westerly views, with lots of sunshine. It is one of the few chalets in the resort to benefit from sunshine for large parts of the day.

With an internal area of 530 sqm (approx.) the living accommodation is distributed over four floors, with fine lateral space. An exquisite living room with high ceilings, bar area and central fireplace is at the very heart of the chalet. This special room is on the 3rd floor and has access to terraces on both sides of the building, with exceptional views across the resort and also towards La Daille. A fully-equipped professional kitchen can be accessed from here. The ‘snug’ area, perfect for reading or quieter moments, is also on this level.

All six double bedrooms are luxurious with either bath or shower rooms and have been designed with lots of exposed woodwork and fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms are located on the top floor of the chalet and could potentially be combined in order to create a larger principal suite with dual-aspect views and wrap-around balcony.

The facilities are superb with an indoor swimming pool, steam room and relaxation area. The pool room has a window providing mountain views while enjoying a dip. In addition, there is a large external jacuzzi and dome sauna, again with mountain views. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating and a connected sound system throughout.

Parking for several cars is located in an integral and underground parking area with additional storage rooms. This space is shared with one other chalet, however each property has several private spaces.

The chalet is situated in a quiet and private location. Access to the pistes is straightforward with the Funival within 1km and the Front de Neige and the central amenities of Val d’Isère within 2km. For summer enthusiasts there are various footpath and mountain bike tracks in close proximity.
