Broadview Chalet is an attractive coastal property built in c.2008 situated in an elevated position on the edge of the ever popular coastal village of Broad Haven in the famous Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The current owners have used the property as a family retreat and successful holiday let in the past. It offers well designed and light accommodation space over two floors with an 'upside down' arrangement with the kitchen dining living room on the first floor to enjoy the views. A special feature of the property is the perfect wrap-around balcony at the front to take in the coastal views while a rear balcony patio area provides a sheltered spot overlooking the adjacent fields. The property is only about 400 metres to Broad Haven sandy beach (as the crow flies) providing the perfect place for relaxing, walks, games and watersports.

Accommodation Ground Floor
The front entrance leads into the large reception hall with storage cupboard and built in utility cupboard off. A door on the right leads to a large double bedroom with built in boiler room off. Moving along the hall to the left, the family bathroom with bath and electric shower over can be found on your right while another double bedroom with an en suite shower room is located at the end of the hall.

First Floor
Stairs rise up from the reception hall to the first floor accommodation space. Off the first floor landing to the left is the principal bedroom that has an en suite shower room. This room enjoys views towards the coast and sea. Moving across the landing the door opens into the large kitchen dining living room. It features a smart fitted kitchen with base and wall cupboards, worktop, integrated oven and hob and extractor hood over. Off the kitchen is dedicated dining area and comfortable lounge with views to the coast and sea. A french door open off the lounge to the wrap around balcony that runs the entire width of the property and is the perfect place to enjoy the views and fresh sea air.

Externally
The balcony area continues on one side of the property to the rear where there is a sheltered balcony patio area that is perfect for alfresco dining while overlooking the adjacent fields. There is a useful external storage room for tools, surfboards etc below the front balcony together with private vehicle parking.
