Please let agent know if you will be walking the property. Septic feasibility conducted and approved for sand filtration system. Please see attached docs. Seller will provide the HOA contact information. It will be the Buyers/Agent responsibility to perform their own due diligence on obtaining the HOA documents that the Buyer may want.
