The property is in a great position with lots of fabulous towns in the south Salento to discover, Lecce known for it’s beautiful baroque architecture and is 22 km away. Otranto a gorgeous coastal town with 11 th century Cathedral and 15th century castle is only 13 km from the property. The 18 hole Acaya golf course is 20 km away.

Description

This beautiful villa offers all the beauty and original features of a typical masseria, with vaulted ceilings and stone floors yet with all the comforts of a modern villa. The entrance to the villa is through a courtyard measuring 62 sq m with central fountain. The bedrooms are accessed from gorgeous cloisters of about 33 sq m on either side. The main living space is straight ahead and opens out onto the large pool and private walled garden. The open plan living areas are great for families and entertaining. To the left you have the bespoke kitchen with central island leading into the dining area and to the right the huge welcoming fireplace and lounge. There is also a separate laundry/ utility room and guest WC. Large double doors lead out to the pool and terrace.

The primary bedroom of measuring 24 sq m with star vaulted ceilings looks over the pool and has large ensuite bathroom.
