This exclusive residence is located within Arelauquen Golf & Country Club with
stunning views of Cerro Catedral ski resort and polo fields from all rooms and its
charming Patagonian-style construction using local stones and woods. Comprising
over 7,000 square feet with high wooden ceilings and stone floors with intricate
designs in addition to the appeal and harmony of the space, it creates a truly
spectacular ambiance. The main living room with its focal fireplace, creates a warm
and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a generously sized dinning room capable
of seating 16 guests includes a piano and two sofas near the front windows providing
the perfect setting for social gatherings. A wooden external deck with a heated pool
and sun loungers adds a luxurious touch, inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the
stunning surroundings.
The ground floor boasts two visitor toilets for convenience, along with an American-
style kitchen, spacious dining room, and a TV room. Additionally, there is a service
unit, laundry room, pantry, wine cellar, and a board games room—all offering
magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.
