Visitors enter into a charming central hall. On one side, there's a vast space including a dining room and living room, allowing the imagination to run wild when it comes to furniture layout. A first balcony overlooks the river.

The kitchen features lovely ceramic backsplash, ample cabinetry and a pleasant breakfast nook great for daily meals, plus, it's right in front of the window,with river view. Across the entrance hall, a corridor leads to the bedrooms. The spacious master suite features a walk-in closet and bathroom (bathtub). Two glass doors open onto the second bedroom, from which you can access a balcony with city and mountain views.

In this corridor, a space enlargement allows the installation of a small office area, which is very useful. There's also a laundry room.

It's also worth noting that the windows (which were completely redone in 2019) are more airtight than the original ones, providing better soundproofing and remarkable savings for Val de l'Anse co-owners.

Hot water costs are included in condo fees.
