The six residences, spread over two levels, feature private gardens and stunning views of the Sile River and park.The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and laundry area, while the upper floor offers three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Some units incorporate glass volumes that create winter gardens. The interiors, flooded with natural light, showcase neutral tones and refined materials that celebrate local traditions.Each unit is equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, smart home technology, and pre-installation for an alarm system.
