At this time, all the houses on the terrace were designed specifically for doctors, with consulting rooms on the lower floors and accommodation for their families upstairs: Atholl Place was Perth’s equivalent of London’s Harley Street. In 2012 the current owners comprehensively refurbished the property, which had fallen into disrepair.
