The small village of Fulletby is situated within the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with excellent walking and riding on the doorstep. The village is 3.5 miles to the northeast of the historic market town of Horncastle, which has good shopping and amenities including supermarkets, doctor and dentist surgeries, a Post Office and a leisure centre.

There is excellent schooling locally including Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School, a secondary school and community primary. There is a golf course at Horncastle as well as tennis, cricket and rugby clubs, and Ashby Park fishing lakes about 3.7 miles.
