This listed villa is nestled in the historic Gern villa colony and is located on one of the most beautiful avenues in this sought-after and elegant district. The façade of the stately building features a half-timbered gable, arched windows and a delightful oriel tower. The highly renowned architects Jakob Heilmann and Max Littmann, who were also the founders of the Gerner villa colony, were responsible for the extremely charming design.
