A private estate of over 800 hectares located between Almodóvar del Río and Posadas, in the Hornachuelos mountains of Cordoba, surrounded by the Breña reservoir and Mediterranean forest.


The estate features an oak and cork oak forest that produces approximately 6,000 quintals of cork every nine years, generating around 500,000 euros in the last harvest (2021-2022). The leased organic pastures contribute 50,000 euros annually, and between 400 and 500 Iberian pigs are raised each year, generating an income of 40,000 euros.


The property has a license for three annual driven hunts and selective hunting year-round. It offers big game (wild boar, deer, and roe deer) and small game (partridge, wood pigeon, hare, and rabbit). There are 15 feeders, game fencing, and 70 kilometres of internal roads.


Water resources include two dams (60,000 and 25,000 m³) and eight wells. The buildings total 2,500 square meters, including the main house with 12 en-suite bedrooms, a 490-square-meter staff house, and two additional dwellings.


The estate is certified organic and is self-financing, with annual revenues of approximately 200,000 euros.
