Nice level to gentle rolling property with part of an old logging road at the back of the property. Perfect for hunting with plenty of deer and turkey traveling through the property. In the middle of the property is a small spring that runs year around. The back of the property runs along Fish Pond Creek which has water in it seasonally. The land is pretty easy to walk with not much under growth. Not much value in the timber right now, but there is a small stand of pines. Close to the State Forest and Holiday Lake State Park. The boundary has been marked well with pink flags, but please make an appointment to walk the land.
