Location

Calvia is in the west of Mallorca, just 20 minutes from Palma and its airport. Calvia boasts both great beaches and a modern infrastructure with shops and plenty of bars and restaurants. At the same time, it has managed to retain its old village charm and tradition. The town has become a popular destination for visitors and foreign residents alike. The mild, stable climate offers an average temperature of 30ºC in summer and 14ºC in winter. Around 300 sunny days a year light up the sunny coastline of Calvia.

This beautiful country house is offered for sale on the outskirts of the village of Es Capdella, a real haven of tranquillity to enjoy Mallorca at its best. The finca is located at the end of a country road, in an elevated area, offering beautiful panoramic views over the valley as well as a lot of privacy.

The two-storey house with thick stone walls is at least 100 years old and was renovated by its owners in 2007. It currently has three bedrooms upstairs, although there is space to add a fourth bedroom. The whole house has underfloor heating.
