Situated on a very private and quiet cul-de-sac in Tuhaye's premier neighborhood, Cougar Moon, this southwest facing and gently sloping homesite enjoys fabulous, visually stimulating mountain views spanning from the early morning sunrises cresting the magnificent Uinta Mountains to the remarkable evening sunsets dropping behind the Wasatch Range. The Cougar Moon infrastructure is being installed, so, currently, the photos do not do the homesite justice, but this is a good one. If you walk the lot, you will better understand it and conclude it's a great value.
