The land is subject to a Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease which commenced on 25th March 1998 for a period of 50 years to 24th March 2048. The lease is contracted out of s24-28 of the Landlord and Tenant Act. The lease restricts use of the land to Golf course and ancillary uses associated thereof.

The current passing rent is £12,916.67 (+VAT) or £15,500 inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (20%) per annum, rent reviews are at 5 yearly intervals with the next due on 25th March 2028. A copy of the lease agreement is available on request.
